Product updates

Resources let you share vehicles, boats, rooms and equipment across your experiences, so each departure only sells the seats they can actually carry. It's off by default: an Owner or Admin turns it on in Settings > General, then you add your resources in Settings > Operations with their units, seats, turnaround time and any downtime.

On each experience, pick the resources a departure needs, either per participant or for the whole departure. Travelers simply see dates gray out or seats disappear when a resource is taken, so they can never overbook it.

Your team can still overbook on purpose if needed through the internal the booking wizard, and every overbooking is recorded in the booking's History.

The departure page, departures list and calendar show which resource is limiting a departure or over capacity, and conflicts reach your team in the notification bell.

Pickup points can now be set before or after the departure start, so a stop 10 minutes down the route gets the right time.

Travelers see their actual pickup time at checkout, on payment links, in their confirmation email and in their traveler portal, and you see it in the booking wizard too.

Customers who tick "Are you a company?" at checkout or when buying a gift card can now add an optional tax ID next to their company name. Invoices and receipts now show the company name and tax ID.

Each package can now have its own allocation on a departure, like 4 single rooms, 2 shared female and 2 shared male places on an 8-guest trip.

When one package fills up it shows as sold out while the others stay bookable, and a twin or double room can count as 2 travelers.

Allocations can be changed for each departure from the new Inventory section, even while it's on sale, so you can release more rooms or close a package as your hotel availability shifts. Add-on stock can now be adjusted per departure too.

Gift cards are here: switch them on in Settings, pick preset or custom amounts, set how long they stay valid and add your own message and image.

Travelers can buy them from a dedicated page, a widget button, a shareable link or your trip list, and the recipient gets a branded PDF voucher with a QR code.

Cards can be used at checkout, on a payment link or when you create a booking yourself, and any unused balance stays on the card for next time.

Follow every purchase, sell cards offline, extend expiry dates or refund unused cards from Sales > Gift cards.
