A raft crew mid-rapid, spray flying
For rafting & kayak outfitters

Put more boats on the water.

Whitewater runs, kayak trips, canoe days, SUP sessions — where availability is not just seats. It is how many boats are on the water, and which guides can row them.

The 1pm run is sold out — on which boats?

Raft #3 is still on the morning run that got back late. Two guides are already on the water. And eight more people are booked for an hour from now.

Resources

Your fleet is your real capacity

  • Boats and gear as capacity. Rafts, kayaks, canoes and SUPs are resources attached to your trips. When the boats are allocated, the slot is full — regardless of what the seat count says.
  • No double-allocation, ever. Overlapping slots cannot claim the same raft. The morning run and the afternoon run each know exactly which boats they have.
  • The day’s allocation at a glance. Which boat, which trip, which guide — all on the departure.

Team

The right guide on the right river

  • Guide roster and availability. Your guides live in Samba with their availability. Assign them to slots without a whiteboard.
  • Per-guide schedules. Every guide sees their trips and their crews. Nobody gets booked on two rivers at once.
  • Manifests for the put-in. Names, headcounts, and emergency contacts per departure — printed, or on a phone.

Departures

Slots that run themselves

  • Multiple runs a day, from one rule. 9am, 1pm and 4pm generated months ahead by a recurring schedule. Pause it when the river is out of season.
  • Oversell-proof checkout. Seats are held while someone checks out, so two families racing for the last raft cannot both win it.
  • Cutoffs and minimums. Close bookings before shuttle time, and set a minimum party size so one lone seat cannot claim a raft built for six.

Weather happens — Samba bends

  • Move bookings in a click. River too high? Shift a crew to tomorrow’s slot and seats rebalance on both dates automatically.
  • Cancel a departure cleanly. One action cancels the bookings, stops any payments, and shows you exactly who is affected before you confirm.
  • Refunds per your policy. Full, partial, or policy-tiered — with the paperwork generated for you.
