- Per-guide schedules. Every guide sees their trips and their crews. Nobody gets booked on two rivers at once.
- Manifests for the put-in. Names, headcounts, and emergency contacts per departure — printed, or on a phone.
Slots that run themselves
- Multiple runs a day, from one rule. 9am, 1pm and 4pm generated months ahead by a recurring schedule. Pause it when the river is out of season.
- Oversell-proof checkout. Seats are held while someone checks out, so two families racing for the last raft cannot both win it.
- Cutoffs and minimums. Close bookings before shuttle time, and set a minimum party size so one lone seat cannot claim a raft built for six.
