Edit day-tour bookings instead of rebooking them

Changing a confirmed day tour no longer means canceling and starting again: add a child to a family's tour, swap an adult ticket for a senior one, change the party size or adjust add-ons, then settle the difference however suits you — charge now, send a payment link, spread it over installments, give credit or refund to the card.

Improvement

Cancellation emails, ticked by default

Canceling a booking — with a full refund or without one — now offers to email the customer about it, ticked by default so it happens unless you say otherwise.

The email names the trip and date, states the refunded amount (or that no refund applies), and is logged alongside your other customer emails. It's hidden when the booking has no reachable email address.

Already canceled a booking and never told the traveler? A Send cancellation email button appears on the booking so you can send it after the fact, and it disappears once the email has gone out so nobody is told twice. Full refunds now also work on bookings that were only part-paid or already partly refunded.

New feature

See your experience before you save

Editing an experience no longer means saving, opening a new tab, checking, and coming back. A Live preview menu now sits beside the editor with four views — Trip page, Booking, Payment and Traveler portal — and each one opens full screen showing the changes you haven't saved yet, right down to photos you've only just dropped in.

Everything is shown with a sample traveler and a sample booking, so you see real prices, your payment schedule and your booking questions exactly as a traveler would.

Show travelers what they're choosing

A room type, a meal, a transfer option — some choices are much easier to make with a picture. Packages, add-ons and participant types now each take up to five optional photos added in the experience editor.

Travelers see a small thumbnail beside each option on the first step of the booking flow, and a click opens the same gallery as your trip page, captions and all.

Apple Pay & Google Pay everywhere

Apple Pay and Google Pay are now widely available to your travelers and no longer depend on the device or browser they're using.

Previously Apple Pay only appeared in Safari; now both wallet buttons show up wherever the traveler's device or account supports them. They're live at checkout, on payment links, and in the customer portal when someone updates a payment method or pays an installment. Fewer card details to type means fewer abandoned bookings.
