New branding section with live preview

Everything that shapes how your workspace looks to customers now lives in one place. Your logo has moved from General settings into Branding, which also shows a completeness score so you know when the essentials — a logo and an accent color — are in place.

A live preview panel lets you see a sample calendar widget, payment page, and booking confirmation email update as you change your colors, font, and logo, before you save a thing.

Hide seats left in widgets + Add private tour start times

You now decide how much departure detail travelers see in your booking widgets. A new "Details displayed" setting lets you turn the from-price and seats-left figures on or off, so quiet departures no longer look empty to someone deciding whether to book.

Private tours got a scheduling upgrade too: you can offer a set of start times for on-request departures, and travelers pick a time alongside the date instead of defaulting to the experience's standard start.

Archive and duplicate experiences

Building and retiring experiences just got a lot less repetitive.

  • Duplicate copies an existing experience into a fresh draft — content, photos, packages, prices, add-ons, pickups, tasks and policies all come along, with no departures so you can schedule it fresh.
  • Archive retires an experience you're no longer selling: it disappears from your menus and pickers and comes off your public site, while past bookings stay exactly as they were, and you can find or restore it any time from the Archived tab. You'll be asked to empty or cancel any upcoming departures that still have travelers on them first — and publishing no longer requires a departure, so you can get a new experience live before your dates are set.
New feature

Build booking links in seconds

Not every site needs an embedded widget — sometimes you just want a link.

Alongside the low-code and WordPress options, Widgets now has a Links tab where you build a ready-to-share link in a few clicks: a single experience, all your experiences, a folder, upcoming departures, the calendar, or straight into the booking flow for a specific departure.

Copy it and drop it into your newsletter, social bio, Instagram story or an email — no developer needed.

New feature

Pricing that adapts to every departure

Prices no longer have to be the same all year. You can now set different prices per departure for packages, participant types and add-ons — perfect for high season, quiet weeks or a one-off promo — and any departure you don't touch keeps your usual catalog pricing.

You can also let a departure reprice itself as it fills, with early-bird and last-seats steps that kick in a set number of days out or once seats run low, each with an optional badge like "Early bird" or "Promo".

Already-confirmed bookings never change price, and you can choose to show the original price struck through so travelers see the saving.
