Our mission

Multi-day tours deserve better tools.

Operators run incredible trips with spreadsheets, bank transfers, and five group chats. We think they should not have to.

Samba started with a frustration most travelers know but few talk about: hidden payment fees, cash-only policies because operators can not afford the commissions, and trip updates scattered across group chats nobody remembers to check.

The problem was not the operators. They were doing incredible work with terrible tools.

Multi-day tours are complex. Deposits collected months in advance. Installments tracked in spreadsheets. Suppliers paid in different currencies before the first traveler arrives. Communication split across email, group chats, and phone. Every departure is a small logistics operation, and most operators run it all manually.

so we built Samba

Built around payments. Connected to your travelers. Designed for operators.

Samba is a booking and payment platform for multi-day tour operators. Deposits, installments, supplier payouts, and traveler communication in one place.

We connect the money to the messages. When a traveler pays, their booking updates. When a departure is confirmed, the traveler chat is ready. When the trip ends, a review request goes out automatically.

No spreadsheet in the middle. No copy-pasting between apps. One system that actually talks to itself.

What we believe

Transparent pricing.

No monthly fees. No setup fees. No contracts. 2% per booking, and you see it before you sign up. We put our pricing on the website because hiding it is a red flag.

Built for how operators actually work.

Most booking platforms were designed for a simpler world. One tour, one payment, one email. We built Samba for the layered, beautiful complexity of a group trip with deposits, installments, and five suppliers who all need paying before the first traveler arrives.

Operators first, always.

We do not sell to investors. We do not optimize for enterprise dashboards. Every feature we build starts with the same question: does this save an operator time or make them money?

There is a reason they call it a samba. Travelers, suppliers, payments, last-minute changes — dozens of moving pieces that need to stay in sync. When the rhythm holds, you create something people never forget.

Run tours, not spreadsheets.
