Two speeds, one system
- Day rides on recurring slots. Daily start times generated by a schedule, with cutoffs, minimums, and adult/child pricing.
- Multi-day departures with deposits. Cycling holidays book with a deposit and a payment plan — the balance collects itself before the trip.
- Self-guided and private options. Request-to-book lets guests propose their own start date. You accept, and a private departure is created for them.

- Rider details collected up front. Heights for bike fit, dietary needs for the picnic, emergency contacts for the road — gathered automatically after booking.
- Manifests for the van. Riders, bikes, and luggage notes per departure.
- Guides on the roster. Assign ride leaders to departures, with per-guide schedules for the week.
